Vortex Heights was founded by Vortex on April 16th, 2021. The area is a modern city, quickly rising to be a large city in the country of Great Phermesia (Country). The country is located northwest of Shiflett City, G.P.'s capital city. Vortex Heights, also known as V.H. is a coastal city, with further development along it's coastline, for businesses, tourist attractions, and more.
