Shiflett City

Shiflett City is the most populous and developed city in Great Phermesia, also being its capital and financial center. Its construction began in 2013 by a group of Ryan and his friends, first constructing the four original midrise business towers. Shiflett city has undergone numerous reconstructions, none of which had these four towers demolished.
