Ryan Matthew Shiflett (Born October 1st, 1997)[Citation needed] is the server owner and World founder of Great Phermesia, having been so since its creation circa 2013.[Citation needed] He mainly builds in a contemporary, urban style, mainly in the central country of Great Phermesia.
He is the founder and eponym of Shiflett City, the server's central and main city.
