Vortex Heights (V.H. or VH) is a modern-style, coastal city situated along the Northeast Gulf in Great Phermesia. It is located northwest of the capital city Shiflett City, at around -600X -400Z. Vortex Heights is one of the largest in Great Phermesia and growing, second only to the aforementioned Capital city.
It's main industries involve tourism.
